the view was lovely, but i guess that's expected at a place like this. the breakfast coffee was truly undrinkable, and they were stingy with towels—so eco-friendly, right? after all the fuss about my 'deluxe' room, not a hint of special treatment. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

the majestic palace hotel was perfect for family, with loads of pool options and outdoor fun. the kids club was amazin, my kids wanted to stay there all day! our room was super clean, and the housekeeping even made cute swans on the kids' beds everyday. beautiful views plus it was nice and quiet at night. the food offered was great, lots of choices and even some free lunches for half-board guests!

but the walk to malcesine town was a bit far, especially in the heat, and the hotel shuttle bus was kinda small and not frequent enough.

Delightful place to unwind by the pools or gardens, and the welcoming staff truly enhance the experience.

Just a nice choice for a day tour in Malcesine with fantastic value for money. The food was plentiful and had a good variety, making meals enjoyable. Consider bringing your own kettle for tea or coffee.

With my grandkids in tow, we had a blast enjoying the multiple pools and engaging in mini golf, while the nightly shows, especially the vibrant Brazilian one, kept us entertained. The kids' club was a hit, providing ample joy and laughter in a beautiful setting.

My wife says that more frequent shuttle rides to the town would have made it easier for us.
